About
Ai Support is a UAE-based AI engineering company that builds AI agents, custom AI applications and managed AI systems for businesses. Most of our work is with companies in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, and we take on selected projects in the United States and Europe.
We build AI systems that run inside real businesses, and we are careful about the difference between a demonstration and something people depend on.
The interesting problem in applied AI is not the model. Foundation models are extraordinary and improving on a schedule none of us control. The problem is the fit: connecting that capability to one company's data, tools, permissions, exceptions and operating constraints, then keeping it correct while everything underneath it changes.
That is an engineering problem, and it is where the time goes. We build on existing foundation models rather than training our own. What we bring is the discipline around them: tool surfaces, permission boundaries, evaluation suites, versioned prompts, run records, monitoring, and the habit of knowing what changed and why.
Ai Support is founder-led and deliberately small. That is a real constraint and it shapes what we take on: fewer projects, engineered properly, where the person who designed the system also answers for it. When a project is not a good fit for a team this size, the useful thing is to say so early.
So here is what Ai Support is not, plainly, before you have to work it out from a proposal.
'Support' here means operating AI systems in production: evaluations, monitoring, incident response. Not a ticket queue for your laptops.
A chat interface is one possible surface, and usually not the interesting part. The work is what the system can reach, what it may do, and how you know it did it correctly.
Nobody here is selling a roadmap deck. Deliverables are running systems, their evaluation suites, and the documentation to operate them.
You do not rent generic capacity. Engagements are scoped around a specific system, with the engineering decisions written down and handed over.
Each engagement leaves behind patterns that apply again: evaluation harnesses, tool boundaries, orchestration structures. You get a system built on proven scaffolding rather than a first draft.
Services fund the company today, and the architecture is written so the parts worth generalising can be. Nothing here is designed as throwaway project code.
Source, infrastructure, provider accounts and documentation are yours. There is no dependency on us that you did not choose and cannot end.
The fastest way to judge an engineering company is to watch it think about your actual situation. Describe the work and we will come back with how we would build it, what we would not build, and what we are unsure about.
