Training & Capability Building
Your people, ready for the agent era — executive briefings, role-based training in Arabic and English, and a working AI centre of excellence you own.
What this is
Technology is the smaller half of AI transformation. The larger half is people: leaders who can judge an AI proposal without taking the vendor's word for it, managers who can redesign a process around an agent, staff who use AI tools well and safely rather than fearfully or recklessly.
We build that capability deliberately, by role and in both languages. Executive briefings give boards and leadership teams the judgement to govern AI — what it genuinely does, where it fails, what questions to ask before signing. Practitioner tracks train your analysts and engineers on the systems you actually run, on your data, inside your environment. Staff programmes teach the everyday skills: working with assistants, checking outputs, knowing what must never be pasted into a public tool.
For organisations building a lasting internal function, we stand up an AI centre of excellence you own: operating model, project intake and prioritisation, governance hooks, and a first cohort mentored through real projects until the flywheel turns without us. Our stated goal is to make ourselves progressively unnecessary — which is why national programmes in both countries put localisation of capability at the centre of their agendas.
What you get
- Executive and board briefings, in Arabic or English, on your sector
- Role-based curricula for leaders, practitioners and general staff
- Hands-on training on your systems and data, not generic demos
- AI centre of excellence design: operating model, intake, governance
- Mentored first projects for your internal team
- Capability assessment with a measurable development path
Who this is for
Boards and executive teams that must govern AI investment; government entities with capability mandates under national programmes; organisations localising skills their vendors currently hold; and HR and transformation leaders tasked with making "AI-ready workforce" mean something concrete.
How we engage
Briefings run as half-day or full-day sessions. Role-based programmes run in cohorts over four to twelve weeks alongside day jobs. Centre-of-excellence engagements span six to twelve months, tapering as your team takes over — with success measured by what your people do without us afterwards.
